Tender Executive
About the Role
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-ups. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and track relevant tenders through online portals and other sources.
- Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and bids in compliance with company and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents and financial data for tender submission.
- Ensure all tenders are submitted within deadlines with accurate documentation.
- Maintain tender documentation, including contracts, amendments, and supporting materials.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and vendors regarding tender-related queries.
- Analyze past tender results to improve future bid strategies.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and government procurement policies.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and manage post-submission clarifications.
- Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or a related field.
- Experience in facility management, infrastructure, or government tenders is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of e-tendering platforms and procurement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in government and private sector tenders will be an advantage.
