About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor performance management processes and facilitate appraisals.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and HR best practices.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (such as SHRM or PHR) is a plus.
