Accounts Executive
About the Role
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and expertise in financial management.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and report financial health to management.
- Coordinate with auditors and financial institutions as required.
- Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (CA, CPA, or CMA) will be an advantage.
